PASADENA Restaurant is located in the cultural area of Kaohsiung City and famous for the exquisite French delicacies. The building design is not only in accordance with the brand image but also mixed with a touch of modern European style. Thus, the team decided to dazzle the facades with our revolutionary Granite Coating and create a “Little Paris” in this serene area.

With the touch of Granite Coating, the exterior walls become elegant and modern and the whole restaurant is really like the one on the streets of Paris.

The harmony between the facade in Granite Coating and the pavement layout not only added more classical flavor to the streets of this serene cultural area in Kaohsiung city but also created a lively vibe around.

Ultimate Villa

Mission: Facelift and Finish the exterior walls

Granite Coating: SS series (inspired by beige sandstone)

Pin Shuo specializes in combining two conflicting elements together to create innovative modern architectures. As for Ultimate Villa, it is combination between the modernism and new classical style. From the facades, you will not only feel surprised at the grand structure but also marvel at how the elegant new classical carved moulding subtly merges with the modernism. In order to evenly finish the exterior walls and reach the client’s demand, the team must be in preparation for facelift to remove the months of contamination during construction.

After removing the contamination, the exterior wall became smooth to easily finish on. The team worked through all night long to finish the walls and facelift the certain area. And the result became refreshing and great in all aspects.

Even applying makes the exterior walls more stone-built and elegant.

Fu-Shin Mansion

As soon as the elegant new classical mansion was built, the owner contacted us for finishing projects. We were very surprised and did not expect that our products are popular so much in the other areas of Taiwan. When we were in talks with the owner, the owner expressed his unique taste in color combination and architecture. Thus, the team decided to use two different color Granite Coating to fascinate the owner’s neighborhood and present the one of kind classical mansion.

The natural granite pattern can be clearly seen in certain distance and also bring the visitor a grand front view. The black and beige are in a good harmony on the fence and make it more consistent with the mansion.

Even the geometric wall carvings and the electric box are completely applied without color difference, which makes all of the exterior details more consistent with the building.
